Around 30-45% of people with periods have to miss work due to severe pain yet they have the same amount of paid time off as people without periods. We are pushing the workforce to give people with periods more time off because pain is pain. Period.

Midol is Interfering with job searching platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and mark companies that offer paid period time off with a pink asterisk. We hope this will give employers an incentive to stand out among other employers.
